TH-50PX80U 1/3 Picture Only

I'm only getting the top 1/3 and missing the bottom 2/3. TV turns on and off perfectly and can access the menu.
I already re-seated the buffer board ribbons and turned it on. There was no change.
I even check if the Buffer IC and none were short. I attached one probe to the screwhole and another one to the connector and ran the probe down. No continuity.

Have you tested the upper Y buffer board
