I am trying to fix this DK10FG board for a friend. It is not powering up.
When I plug-in power adapter, its DC IN led and Caps lock start flashing. Even cpu fan gets on/off kick like flashing leds. No battery attached. Nothing happens on pressing power button. I checked the charger IC and it seems fine. (ACOK - 3.3v). Re-programmed the bios but no luck.
I checked SIO chip NPCE885LA0DX and here's the reading

I suspect that the SIO is faulty because it is giving fluctauting EC_PW_ON. However I am not sure as I am not experienced at this.
Any idea? What should I check next?
