Zbook 15 g4 motherbord problem

Hi everyone

i have a laptop [MB: 45326560 SPS: 921048-601] that refuses to boot, i think i found the problem but i'm unsure how to fix it tho. http://imgur.com/a/Zn0WTM1

The burnt part in your pic is very likely a capacitor.Does the mb turns on?? If yes, what is the voltage on the coil shown in your pic?? What is the name of the IC??Do check resistance on both the pads of burnt cap. One pad is Ground.

Sorry i forgot to include it. The motherboard does not turn on, computer blinks when initial power is inverted from external source, not battery. I can see that it receive power when plugged in. i'm unsure what IC is, there is no name beside it, the MB is a LA-E161P Rev 1.0 2017-02-07 if it helps. Can i still se the resistance if i cant turn on the MB, i've tried but it keeps fluctuating, and dosent give me a fixed number
