    Forwarding in Router Arris TG862

    Hi guys;Has anybody had luck with Port Forwarding in Router Arris TG862
    from Comcast, i have an HD sling box at my sons and want to open a forward port to use the sling box to watch tv remotely,i use to have it at my house but have a vastel router and it was easy to port forward on a Vastel from verizon,now with this new Comcast router it's not easy ,any tips would be appreciated.

      those f*cking things suck. your best option is buying a good modem like a motorola and returning the cumcrap one.

        Thanks guys,I have a Belkin F6D4230-4 v1 should i connect it to the Arris T862
        and open port forward on the Belkin or it doesn´'t work that way?

            it is.
            it has decent router functionality in it.
            but if you want your own router turn off the nat in the arris.
            some carriers lock down the wireless and charge you for it.
            then you want your own router/ap.
