Hp Elite book 840 g5 comes on by itself few seconds after shotdown
Good day great engineers, please can anyone share the solution to this system problem? It is hp elitebook 840 g5 the system comes on by itself few seconds after shotdown, it comes on by itself when charger is plug to it. It can only be shortdown like every other system by disconnecting the battery. PLEASE HELP OUT WITH THE SOLUTION IF YOU HAVE. BE BLESSED AS YOU DO.

You need to check PCH_wake signal. Remove lan chip and see if it shutsdown properly. Do check cmos cell as suggested by @peste.Comment
