HP 8760W 5 time blink question

Hi, I have two 8760w HP Workstation laptops, and on both boards if I don't power laptops for like 1 days on first power they won't boot and fan starts to spin at full speed with 5 time caps blink.
But when I shut it down after that and power everything is OK, and every other power on laptop will boot normal.
But only if they stay longer on shelf for like day that problem appears, but not always, sometimes it boots up normally but most of the time I got that 5 time blink.
I tried to change grahpics card from one laptop to another and same thing. I have two same laptops, one is with "new" board from aliexpress that I commit because it was "new" and not commited. Other one is from my laptop that I got for some time now. Anyone have any idea why is that happening and could that be chipset or maybe something else ? I really don't know where to start looking.

If I give you a dump can you clear ME region if it's not a problem. I am fresh at this and don't know exactly how to do it, plus I don't have tool, so I would need to ask my friend to dump that bios for me.

      EDIT:
Friend told me he knows how to clear ME region, and he will do it for me, I'll let you know if that fix the problem.

Hi, didn't have time this week to disassembly the laptop and take board to a friend, but I will next week and let you know if problem is still happening or hopefully maybe it will be gone.

I am turning it on and off every day for few times, and for now everything is ok. But I need to test it more to see if the problem is really fixed. Because it work like that also before clearing ME region for weeks without any problems, and then one morning I turn it on and got full speed fan, black screen(no backlight) and 5 caps blink. Then I turn it off and on again and it worked like nothing happend, and test it after that by turning it off and on again for 30+ times without any problem. I'll keep you posted, but I need to test this more.
