Harman Kardon AVR370 - standby flashes

Hello, help please. A tip. The Harman / Kardon AVR370 receiver - the standby indicator on the fleet flashes orange. The PSU board does not show any damage, e.g. in the sense of visible damage or burning of any element. On the board is the OB2358APL converter - on pins 5 and 6 there is a voltage of about 330V, on pins 1 and 2 there is a voltage that varies between 8 and 11 V. Most of the elements have been checked, while the electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with new ones. Trafo TF91 is not short circuited. In another forum in the discussion, which concerned sampling of this converter under load, one of the forum members suggested that if the R932 and D911 are in good working order, the chip should be replaced.

Look again at the ob2358 datasheet. The IC is in under voltage lock out, only having 8 to 11v hanging there.. Pin 1 and 2 need to be min 14.6v for the PWM to resume normal operation.
