this one will have to wait 30s to light up the screen, i made some modify so 3 second to show the dell logo

I am having an issue with a similar laptop. Mine is inspiron15—7548. Can anyone tellme what to do to externally program the eproms. I own a tl866 programmer.
I have being programming some bios but till now, no luck. The farther i got was that laptop shows full color screens with 6bips of sound.
