My gut tells me panel failure. The menu shows the same condition.

i'll put a vote in for main board. looks too even to be panel to me, but it is only my guess.
you will always be able to isolate it a bit more by disconnecting one side of the t-con and see if the fault changes at all.WHY CAN'T PHILIPS USE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS?

Your symptom looks a little like the issue I had with a 42LV5500.

I didn't believe that baking the main board in the oven would fix the problem but the tv is working for well over 1 year.
Good luck - I bet it's a main board issue.
