      hi we have tried the tool, but we have a this one that will not unlock. can anyone help.

      is there an updated version of the tool?

                      hi another one i can not unlock with the tool, can anyone try and resend me unlocked file please.

                      is there another tool for unlocking HP laptops?

                                you don't have to open HPUnlocker. just drag the bios in the shortcut..the bios must be formed.bin

                                      on the motherboard you also have a 16MB bios chip ... look on both sides of the motherboard..write both 16MB and 32MB chips ... make a backup copy of the 16MB one as well ..
