    I got a replacement for this board, same model but v1.2 instead of v1.0. It has a newer Highpoint controller (HPT370 instead of HPT366). I think that's the only real difference.

    I was able to get it cheap because only one memory slot is working. Could it be that replacing the caps will bring back the other 2 memory slots? The board is full of Jackcon capacitors. Jackcon appears on the bad cap manufacturer list

      Yes, replacing all the caps usually fixed those. Jackon was no better, probably worse than the Wendells my Soyo 6BA+IV originally came with.
