    I just discovered the beauty of google, but its a direct translation word for word.
    Can't make it out. Technical issues its not adequate.
    Need some technical mind.

          You might have to copy out the contents of the PDF and manually paste them into Google translate?

                  Probably you can but you may need to recompile the firmware and change some options to make it work on the different chip - and I have no idea what you would have to change.

                    I made one some years ago,the only problem was a bit of drift .
                    I fitted a small bulb in the oscillator ,that cirtainly made a big difference.
                    Pinched the idea from HP
