Default Common EEPROM chips

Iíve just purchased an eeprom programmer and was wondering if thereís a common chip type or types to purchase so Iíve got some in to play with.

Serial EEPROMs 24 and 25 are in my opinion the most common types, for example AT24C. They all have the same pinout and commands
