    question for equivalent igbt

    hi to all
    i have igbt fgd3245g2-085 can anyone to suggest me an equivalent ?because its difficult to find it and take it soon

          and the pins of fgb3245 are same with the pins of fgd3245 right ?

              You will have to check the data sheets for both of them or you will have to make a circuit board if the pin outs are different if all other specks are the same it should work

              If the website page that you posted is the exact same part number then I would order from them if you trust the company

                  Hello! I saw on my motherboard DAG77MB18C0 rec C that I have a burn chip and I also found a similar one in good shape but I am having troubles recognizing and finding it online in order to replace it.
                  What I can read is: DN46AP 22cf 1000 and Gemini is telling me it is a MOSFET by On Semiconductor model NVMFD5c466n
                  Do you think this is real ?

                  The laptop is still starting but I dont want to use it until I replace that. Based on the images, do you think I will succed with a profesional electronic technician?

                  Trying to find an equivalent component Inspiron 7706

                  Hello, I have this Inspiron 7706 that is not starting. It flashes 5 white/3 amber combination indicating "Power rail failure".
                  I found this shorted component U6601 on the motherboard with markings "53BC". Accoring to the schematics it's SY6288DAAC-GP.
                  They are available in China which means a 3 week wait.

                  My question is this: is there an equivalent I can get quicker which will do the job? Thanks....

                  i would like to post an interesting topic regarding 3-phase stepdown transformer which we suspect to cause an overcurrent (138A) which resulted to power tripped off of the HV power supply (80KV output).


                  Problem statement: Power tripped Off

                  Initial Problem: Found 2 IGBT and 2 rectifier diodes shorted (burnt).

                  Action Done:
                  1) Replaced the faulty parts with good spare.
                  2) Measured impedance of the 3phase input lines and found that L2 to L3 has 23.3ohm while other pairs are 51Kohm. This pins will...
