Ps5 turns off immediately after pressing power

Hello guys I have a ps5 that upon pressing the power button it beeps and turns on for a half a second and turns off.

Tried disconnecting all connections on board and still does same thing..

Took board out and and looks clean probed all over couldnt find a shorted cap or any shorts.

Was wondering what's the next step? I wanted to inject voltage but don't know what rail is what and that's why I'm here 😁😁

I did see an area that looks kinda over heated/ discolored..

    Board number is EDM 030

Sounds like a power supply issue to me.
The area on the board looks fine. Most likely flux residue from factory

How to test PS ? With older models I would short the 5v connector to get the 12v.

I do get 12v out of the Power Supply.. But When I press the power button the fan comes on for 1 sec and turns off.. So Whole system turns on for a sec then off..

Ps5 always outputs 12v unlike older models, since the PSU seems fine I would start checking for blown fuses around the Buck circuits on the PCB, Fuses are marked by F followed by a four digit number, you can test them with a multimeter they should measure very low resistance close to 0ohms, they can fail either by being fully open or having high resistance

Checked all fuses all are fine but there are 2 on the back side but no fuse near the writing.. ?

If you have access to a thermal camera, taking a look at the board while it's trying to power on might help. In addition, my next step would be to go around the board and look for shorts on caps, mainly the buck circuits, HDMI Ic and southbridge

where are the buck converters? I did notice these caps are very low resistance, don't know if they are part of the cpu line . I did try look at the board with my thermal cam when pressing the power button many times nothing got hot on top side of board.. How can I check bottom if power supply is attached to bottom and that heat shield on bottom to..

I did find this Area to have a couple components measure 0.6ohms

Here is a pic of the components measuring 0.6ohms

Not sure if those lines are low impedance, you could try probing the output (either pin of the inductor) from the other side of the board while powering on and seeing if you see a jump in voltage to try to see If they work. Apart from that, If the two fuses there are not open you can try injecting voltage and see If anything gets hot, keep in mind voltage has to be very low 1v or lower to avoid damaging anything
