hi its hp 15 and when i plaged it the led on the charge connecter show white light and when i turnon it shows light led on front and it turns off and the cpu become very hot its anexpected from sild cpu

How long does it take to turn off after pressing the power button?
is any led on or is the fan spinning after turning off?
does it do POST?
is there any other sign after pressing the power button?

it stay around 3-4 seconds and no fun spinning and also no post but the cpu heat quickly

If cpu's heat-sink works fine, I recommend testing components which are directly connected to the cpu, probably for a short.

Find the board's schematic to do more precise tests.
If you want other people to help, attach the schematic here and report your measurements, please.
A picture of the board would be useful too.
