Hello can anyone help identify the value of those smd ceramic capacitor? C115 and C117 they look similair or tell me how to do to identify these smd capacitors

You can't tell their value by looking at them. They have no markings. The voltage also affects size.
I would look at the schematic for the TV, but can't tell the make/model number.

that's the panel itself.
you need to remove one and meter it.

Are they showing low resistance readings?

Hello all redwire the model and No: Samsung UE55KU6775U.
budm at 200k they shows low increase higth to Ol but one of them get more hot when the tv is on
