SMD Diode S3 marked on package

I need to find a replacement for this diode on one of the six gate drivers of a full-bridge IGBT inverter for a servo motor. It has S3 on the package. How can I find out for sure the right diode that I need. I believe it is schottky because it has 0.2V drop across.

The anode is on pin Ve and cathode on pin DESAT on 316J gate driver IC. Also would be nice if anyone had an idea of the purpose it is serving as it is not included in the suggested schematic of the 316J datasheet.

I have also drawn a partial schematic of the gate driver in this servo amplifier to try and get a better idea.

Thanks! So you new the package name and searched S3 with it?

Here is a datasheet for MBR130. It says min Vf of 0.47. I am measuring 0.2V. Could it be a different diode in my circuit?

The designation for Z8 is Z (zener diode).

I also thought this too except all diodes and also some transistors have designation of Z on this board. There are no D designations. All diodes and SOT packages on this board are designated either Z or CR. Not sure why some are Z and some are CR or why they didn't stick with convention. It is annoying.

I first search for package name and add first two character.
This is fast searching, because you actualy search for picture on who is corectly labeled. Many seller noted in title name of component (which we dont know) folowed with world markings on it and package name.
Usualy first two character are model name, and rest one or two is date production code. Not the absolute rule, but for general fast search it is.

Neverless, marking codes are a one big mess, you never realy know what it represent for any production... it many of ic have much same code, maybe slightly different font, positioned or printed, with some undefined simbols or not... so...

Notice that your S3 have different type of font, bold, especialy number 3...

to make it even more complicated, pay special attention to the package... seems that different package have different "category". What is your correct package?
