Replacing PFF4N80 with FQPF4N80
Hello everyone, can someone tell me if I can replace the PFF4N80 with FQPF4N80? Both are built on TO-220FP packages and there are minor differences like Drain source on resistance, Drain current, Power Dissipation etc, help

it always depends on the circuit you're replacing it in... if it's minor, chances are it will work however. usually circuits are designed with some component tolerances in mind. -
How comparable are the turn-on, and turn-off times and the input capacitance? Those may also be critical parameters.PeteS in CA
