    LG dreyer control board no powah.

    I have an LG frontloading dreyer #dre2050W (210v)that doesnt turn on when hitting the power button, however the light inside the drum is on. Reserching leadsd me to believe the control board #EBR36858801 itself is bad, as it is a common problem. Looking at grainy pics on the web, I can see a transformer, caps, and maybe a bridge rectifier, on the board. What would you focus on first, assuming the power to the board is good? Ill tear into it and post pics tonight.

    First look for bad solder joints and bad caps.
