Hello everybody,
This is my first post here, I've always loved to tinker with electronics, but never got in-depth with it. Hope I can learn a thing or two from this forum.
I've got a 31.5" Asus monitor which distorts/flickers at equal intervals of a couple of seconds. From what I've gathered, it's an issue with the T-CON board, but feel free to correct me. Shipping from the manufacturer would cost 3x as much as the part itself. I was wondering, if there is a way to diagnose the board itself and replace the faulty components? I'm good with soldering, but not at all with the former. And if not, how can I find a substitute board that will be compatible with my monitor?
