Tanks for all the guys here. I got really helpful info here during the DIY for repairing my Samsung 740B.
Right now, I got my LCD work and go well.
What I did is:
a) replaced three 820uf 25v caps beside the transformer
b) unsoldered the green small 3A fuse beside a 820uf 25v cap, then solder a solid wire into it.(as i don't have any alternation one in hand, but it is risky)
As a result, bad caps always play the key role and induce the fuse burnt.
New discovery: OEM used the same model power board in IBM L171p LCD, which means samsung made PBD for IBM monitor as well.

Hopefully, you'll reconsider and use a real fuse versus a plain wire. Fuses are used for a reason.

I hope it helps me find a way to download the file where the site is in Hungarian (translate it to english through google translate) and tried to register but only rejected a joint invitation from someone Active
I hope that helps me
Accept my profound thanks and appreciation

1. Do not post pictures inline. Use 'Manage Attachments' - below the text entry area.
2. Do not use pictures you found on the internet. The first one has obviously defective caps. The second shows only a fragment of the power supply.

I'm new here and I'm looking for a solution for my 740. After I turn on the monitor it only shows the image for 1 second but blue led is on. The problem is that my power board is not exactly the same as posted here, my power board is BIZET-17A, REV:1.0A 2005.1.20 BN44-00123A. Components are not the same, I donĀ“t have mosfet, caps 820, pico fuse... and design is different.
If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.
We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.
Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.
