I haven't access to your links "This page may have moved or is no longer available. Please try one of the following" but My inverter cost 10€,it is 8£, I find that cheap,can you give me the name of the seller because I haven't found you product with keyword yet?

Well that is going to be a problem - the voltage you need is usually on the 4A fuse but last time it was tested if I recall it was only 4v.
So unsolder and lift the leg of the fuse on the side nearest to the inverters
and test again for the voltage. If it is still around 4v I have recently read some
threads that might help us. Actually if we can get the voltage back on the fuse the set may work without your new inverter. I will look at it tomorrow
It would help if you can get the part number of the 7 leg chip next to the Big Yellow Transformer. Top No is K745 but cant see the rest.
