Strix B450-F Gaming no response, missing components.

No response at all to the power button. No debug LED or fan. Nothing getting hot.

I've got 0v on one power button pin and 3.3v on the other. When I jump them 3.3v pulls low.

I tried 9700E processor and R5 3600

Missing these parts near IT8665E. Any Idea what they were? Thanks.

Here is a photo from my B450 gaming F, looks like only the top left was populated with what I believe is a resistor. If you can get hold of a boardview it will tell you the value.
