    Asus H110M-K NOT TURN ON

    Hello
An Asus H110M-K motherboard is turned off. There is no connection on the motherboard, but there is no dual five volts on the motherboard, and when I manually connect the MOSFET PQ605, five volts are established, but it does not turn on, but as soon as the CLRS two-pin connector is connected, the system turns on and displays and it works without problems.Thank you for your guidance

Check for shorts on mosfet and on driver mosfet.... the board is not willing to turn on... if u do it by hand the protection is not active.... what ahppened to the slot? did u exchange the power regulator? right part number.??... next time u should do it by applying heat from bottom.... so u are not mnelting any other compnents... in my oppinion this board is ready for trash... they are not expensive.... no dual channel anymore perhaps...

The MOSFET is not short circuited.
The resistance of the inductors is suitable and only the resistance of the inductor is 1.02 volts pch 36 ohms, the rest have good resistance.
There is no problem with the slot because when the device is started and turned on, it shows images with RAM on both slots.
The only thing I noticed is that when the motherboard is completely off for two or three hours, it means that there is no standby voltage. When the power is connected, it starts without any problems, but as soon as the power is cut off and turned on again (turning the power off and on for 30-40 seconds), the system does not start, and I turn off the power again, the system starts again for a few hours. And gives a picture!

I don't have the schematic of this device, but I looked for the base of the MOSFET gate, it goes inside some low-range coach transistors.
The motherboard has no financial value, it is only for experience and learning
      Thankful

i think problem begin frome SIO and quartz. I'm not sure voltage supply for pch work 1.02 is ok,usally repair this model the voltage supply for pch work around 1.05-1.06 some times pch was damage can work at 1.1v

Hi. There's the repair guide for a similar asus motherboard. Try troubleshooting it step by step using the power flow and the power on sequence diagrams.
          Good luck!

When the motherboard is off for several hours. The device starts and enters Windows.
I also showed you the PCH voltage in the picture.
The system sometimes doesn't switch and I don't have 5 vduals. The MOSFETs have been tested and are healthy. And 5vdual itself has a high ohm.
Sound card test. network card . RAM test. Hard.Graphic....done, the motherboard works without any problems when it is turned on!
The main problem of this motherboard is that when it is not switched, the voltage is not 5VDUAL. And when this voltage is not there, I did an ohm check test, there is no connection and no low ohms!

Maybe some bad solder point depending on thermal conditions: warm does not start, cold does. Could be anywhere, chipset contact to mobo pads, some smd device, etc. You can try some mechanical pressure, or freezing spray. Could also be the chipset itself, its an old board, so chipset could be at the end-of-life. Chipsets relatively often fail on mobos, they are complicated devices, get quite warm, and can fail in a plenty of ways, also partially.

1.02V for chipset is also slightly too less, should be 1.05V. Some voltage setting precision resistor in the 1.05V VRM might be decalibrated.

Check the resistance of the 1,05V power line, should be some 20-70 ohms, if lower than 20 ohms might be a sign that chipset is going to fail.
Working chipset silicon temp. w/o heatsink should be some 55 C., if much higher also a sign of failing.

It doesn't matter there is 5vduals or not. 5vduals is controlled by SIO that looks start conditions. Find in the repair guide section #3 "POWER ON SEQUENCE" and check all steps from 1 till 9. I mean to measure signals that are figured in these steps. Also a motherboard won't turn on if 32kHz crystal doesn't work.

Oh my JESUS! 5vsdual was transfer from 5v after psu work! Big problem if you want star the mainboard working. You need RSMRST (Signal - 3.3v) and Quartz (SX1). Maybe you want repair this problem, you replace new sio and quartz!
