Nitro rx580 very weird problem, VCORE and EN

    Hello!
I have this very weird problem, I got this rx580 nitro saphire and the fans don't even spin but the saphire logo is lit.
All voltage rails are present except for VCORE at the coils, then I started checking NCP81022 and it has voltage but vdd pwrgd is missing, enable EN is missing it shows 2.5ohm, everything seems fine, i tried checking the back of the card, to see where the enable pin goes, i dont have a schematic so i started touching randomly until i measured a resistor on the back and the fans started spinning, now I was amazed like what is wrong here? So I thought it's a coincidence, and everytime I measure it it just works, I tried booting it it boots sometimes sometimes it doesn't, all kind of problems the motherboard restarts and sometimes cuts, so I tried putting the probe on the back of the resistor and keeping it there, and it finished booting and I even tested uni engine, and after some minutes it restarted, now what in the name of electronics is this?
Interference? Bad capacitor somewhere discharging to the multimeter? What's happening I couldn't find the problem, all voltage rails are present
Also someone did a terrible job at reflowing it before, but it doesn't seem to be affected by that, or maybe it does? I tried bending a bit and all, you can see the fans sometimes trying to kick in then off without even touching it.

First try resoldering the resistor, if it does not help exchange it. Might be the resistor is damaged and has an issue with conduction. The ceramic base body of the resistor can brake on physical force hit, and with it the resistive conduction layer. Touching it with a probe can temporary restore the conduction. You might also inspect it with a magnifier glass x15 or x20, and see if it is not broken. You can also use some non conductive material to touch the resistor, and see if this also helps the card to work, eg. a match or so. The result will tell you if this is a mechanical or electric potential issue. In case it is a electrical potential issue you might inspect the card for missing / ripped off smd's.

Try to change npn transistor that produce enable.
