I need to know the value that normally exists in Ohms in this coil marked with a red arrow, in the attached image, of course between the ground, replace the Smd capacitors that were shorted, now it no longer marks any shorts, but the resistance I think is very low (13.7 Ohms) . Does anyone know the value?

I came to the conclusion that there is no short circuit after injecting 1v and having no consumption (5 mAmp.)
