ASUS EX-RX570 all voltages present but not detected

Hi!

I have 2 ASUS EX-RX570 4GB with same problem.
The main voltages are present:
- 5v
- 12v
- 3,3V
- 1,8V
- VGPU
- VMEM
- VDDCI
- VPEX

- no fan spinning
- in the BIOS chip 1. pin no sign, fix 2,7V (this is chip select)
- GPU is warming normaly

The motherboard dont see the cards. I tried via linux, windows.
Unfortunatelly I dont have boardview or schematic and I cant find it anywhere.

Can anybody help for me? How can I find the problem?

I'm not a gamer but a quick look through the troubleshooting suggest that the motherboard has to match up. More than likely the link I gave you will have gamers on it that would be better equipped to answer your questions.

But in those topic there is not documentation for my card at the moment.

So, I am waiting for a users who has experience in this situation.

Try to change network reistor array 330 beside the BIOS chip.

Hi,
Just put the card in a pciex mainboard with no os and try it.
At this model fan not spinning at start.
