TUF GAMING H670-PRO WIFI D4 has two bios chips, one 8MB chip and one 16MB chip. Post both.

          Hi everyone,

I desoldered a MX25VB8035F (8Mb SPI NOR Flash) from my motherboard, but now I'm unsure if I removed the correct chip. I also found a GD25D05CTIG on the board.

Can anyone help me confirm the correct locations for these two chips? A motherboard pics or any guidance on their typical placement would be greatly appreciated!

          Thanks!

Yes thanks, you are correct (they were hidden from my view from heatsink), I have mistakenly desoldered and erased wrong one mentioned in new topic https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...aming-h670-pro
