Elitedesk 800 G6 SFF Bios Password Lock XM25QH128A (3.3v) - Am I doing this right?

Hello everyone, I am looking for help to make sure I am on the right track to remove lost BIOS Admin password on an HP EliteDesk G6 800 SFF. I recently purchased this on ebay and the seller is willing to accept a return but I have already installed my new HDs, NVME, and setup proxmox so I would like to keep it.

Here is the hardware identification specs:
    HP EliteDesk 800 G6 SFF
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500 CPU @ 3.10GHZ 16384 MB RAM
    Serial No: MXL1223499
    Product No: 26S74UT#ABA

BIOS/IC chip seems to be the 4 pin XMC XM25QH128A (3.3v). However most threads I have read regarding elitedesk bios have a 25B127DSIG so I am not exactly sure if the XM25QH128A is the correct one I should be reading/writing to eliminate bios password.

    Tools at my disposal:
    - CH341a programmer (black) unmodded showing 5v at pins – Will order CH341A V1.71.8V with level shift if necessary.

    - computer boots up (not currently bricked) running proxmox but I need to allow GPU passthrough which requires a change in the bios settings.
    - hopefully your help

    Troubleshooting:
    - Using NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10 The device was automatically detected when Neoprammer was first opened. Search IC found 1 chip – Device: XM25QH128A. I then clicked READ IC which completed successfully. I then saved the .bin as XM25QH128A.bin.

-I then dragged the XM25QH128A.bin on top of RCUnlocker v1.0 .exe. The opening screen displays “Unlock finished!” however underneath this text it does not display any system information which worries me something is not correct and thus the reason for this post.
I have included both the .bin from Neoprogrammer (original) and the unlocked.bin from RCUnlocker in the attached zip file.
    - I did attempt to do CMOS reset via button + battery pull out but that only achieves 'bios defaults' reset and no BIOS Admin password removal.
    - Hobbyist experience with soldering wiring and led lights but no experience with this small soldering on board. Watched video on CH341A jumper mod and would rather just order the new version.

    Questions:
    1. Is the XM25QH128A the correct chip I need to unlock for bios pw reset?
    2. Is it safe to use the CH341a black on this chip or do I need to use the new version which allows for 3.3v?
    3. Have I completed the read process correctly and ok to proceed further utlizing Neoprogrammer to Erase IC then Write IC using the unlocked.bin produced by RCUnlocker ?

    THANK YOU GROUP !
