always when you make a bios request post the original bios even if it is corrupted...

Try this new bios,your ME area and bios was corrupt. Report back if its working .

As a side note to all the "Bios Collectors" ,this bios will not work on any other pc without changing some sections with a hex editor !

I flashed it, now i get 3 short + 1 long beep. With original BIOS it didn't beep at all.

Saved my dead ThinkCenter with the exact model number (M92p 3238)!!!
I used NeoProgrammer with the CH341B programmer (3.3V). Not need for the 1.8v adaptor)
