Please help anyone have a back up on these bios

The full bios is on gigabyte support. http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList...2_v3.x_f4d.zip
The bios H61MDS23.F4d is 4,096KB ,if your bios programmer doesn`t read the .F4d file extension rename it to .bin H61MDS23.F4d to H61MDS23.bin
