Try the older A13 bios. - https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...ware-area51-r2

Run the exe ,leave the error message on screen, the bios will be a temp folder in C:\Users\Yourname\AppData\Local\Temp .You will have to change your folder options to be able to view files in the temp folder.
