bios file wanted, All MB fans spins for sam seconds then stops, then loops the same cycle. And if i remove the cpu the fans spins continuouslyComment

My b75h2-am m4620g is no longer posting or making any bep codes .I had inserted a quadro m4000 graphics card.after I installed it in at first the machine made beep codes with no post and I tryd my gtx 970 and it seemed to work fine when I put the quadro m4000 card back it was now able to post but got stuck on logo and was steel making beep codes.after removing the card the boad was unable to post using it's onboard graphics like it was able to do before.so I reserted the gtx 970 and it was able to post again but the settings in the bios changed I could no longer turn the internal graphics on the were disabled.so I started trying to reset cmos bios so I can have it back to it's original state but seems to be only getting wase it's now only spinning fans and not making any beeps .plz help reset or upgrade to uafi bios so I can be able to use modern graphics cards
