Ok, extract the attached file and run the exe,choose the option to make a recovery USB drive or choose the copy option to save a virgin bios. If you flash the virgin bios you might have to add the DMI using HP Bios config utility,or wndmifit.

It will not run on win 7 ,use win 8 or 10 it will run.

Check other error, that's a virgin bios, it's ok.

here is the message (the system bios image is being cleared.do not shutdown or remove power from your computer during the clear. the cleare will take a few minutes to complete.
for more information; clearing pending image

The file I posted is the virgin bios from HP, it should work, you should look for other causes of failure, I also attach other bios versions of this model you can try.
