                1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

                Dear friends, I have read the Dell 8FC8 Bios Password Patcher topic until the end. I have a password problem on my Dell vostro 3888 desktop computer. I have an Eprom reader. When I query the code GXTVRF3-8FC8 on bios-pw.org the new password does not work. When I want to write bios under Windows using Dell support assistance, I see the password. The unlock code allows me to reach the solution easily. Otherwise, I will have to scan it from eprom and send you the bios file. Can you help me?

                  problem solved. Read the bios chip in eprom. I printed the bios file in the subject in the link(https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ll-vostro-3888). ATTENTION: After writing the new bios, it asks for a service tag. enter manually. Then I updated the bios using support assist. I hope the explanation is useful to you. Stay healthy.
