Gigabyte Aero 15 - GA-RP75WA

I'm trying to fix this Gigabyte laptop that came in for no power.
One thing I realize is that when I press the power bottom, the 3.3V line goes to 0V and stays on 0V.
Second is that the RAM coil is 0V. The IC “AREJ 549” that I can't find any datasheet for it is getting 19V, but no creating the RAM line.

Can anyone help me to figure out this problem.
