Need your help i am a student who has shorted Gigabyte Aorus 15P-KD laptop

Hi everyone, i am a student i'm looking for your advice on my laptop.

Gigabyte Aorus 15P-KD (11th gen intel)
    Motherboard: GA-RX5LKD REV 1.2
    Model Number: RX5L
    11800H SRT3
    RTX 3060 6GB
    HM570 SRKMA

I showed my computer to 3 notebook technician and gigabyte service.

Gigabyte service doesn't find any way to fix it. They never had schematics for this laptop because they never had any document agreements with gigabyte company.

1st technician said CHIPSET is hot we need to replace. I bought the chipset but it didn't do anything and kept me busy. He didn't even remove and replace the chipset. I still have the part I bought.

2nd techinician said i can't do anything hardware related but we can use eeprom device to update bios. I find BIOS ROM and he tried but it seems BIOS is okey.

3rd technician is really good at his job (i think). He is the fastest and honest man. He showed me some shorted out components in 10 minutes. Responded within 24 hours. It is very difficult to find parts. He said I might have to pay a high fee. He stated that under these conditions, however, its would not be guaranteed to laptop work again.

    Here is your summary.

    BIOS is OK.
CPU and CHIPSET is too hot. Chipset is lower than CPU. Computer shuts down when CPU gets hot.
I don't think any GPU related thing.
On the adapter DC OUTPUT is 19.5v 11.8A.It draws 19.5v 4.5A power with battery and ac adapter.
    Keyboard lights and fans work.
I plugged out wifi card, ram and ssd, it doesnt related with this ones.

RED BLOCKS : TOO HOT AND SHORTED I THINK
BLUE ONES: SHORTED OUT (TECHNICIAN SAID)

    CPU (Yellow) 11800H SRT3
    GPU (RED) RTX 3060 6GB
    CHIPSET (GREEN) HM570 SRKMA

I need to find shorted outs myself i need your help so much. I think the computer can still be work. The last technician said the processor is broken and I don't think so because processors can really protect themselves well. But if it is broken, I want to prove it to myself.

2.2. Don't suspect that something is shorted with no reason
Shorted components are not the only failure mode of a laptop. Additionally, some places will measure low resistance to ground under normal operation. In general, high power low voltage (<2V) power rails will measure less than a few hundred ohms to ground. CPU VCore will measure a few ohms only. GPU VCore with newer NVidia GPU can even measure less than 1 ohm. It's normal. If you suspect a short to ground, always report your exact resistance to ground measurements.

hi. I dont understand what is the problem with the laptop? is it turning on with picture on but then shutting down? or you only have keyboard and fans running but without picture on the screen?
If your laptop is turning on then your main power rail is fine...Also those blue markings are coils from gpu main power rail and it is impossible to detect is that rail is shorted because they will have resistance below 1 ohm...exactly the same as the short to ground.
Measure resistance (if you have multimetar) on capacitors on top of the pch chip ...but without power on and let us know if some of them is low..near 0 ohm or few ohms.

Hi i think you want this. Battery and ac is unplugged at this measurement. Computer doesnt turn on after i press on button fans start and keep low rpm and keyboard flashing and keyboard light can be changeable. Other than there is no sign life.

hmmm i see some strange readings in ohms on coils but dont see any short. Also it is hard to tell without schematic/boardview.
when laptop starts can you turn on/off caps lock? led is going off/on? try...and get back. (remove ssd)

well i can't change caps lock because it doesnt have any indicator led on keyboard. Keryboard lights can be changed right now. I removed SSD but i don't understand why? Can you explain to me?

Try using external keybaord with capslock led on it...Because...when you power laptop and if you have option to turn capslock on/off that means that you motherboard is posting...and that means that cpu and chipset are 99% ok.. and then you can narrow things to gpu problem or related to gpu...If capslock is not working then you have a not gpu problem...But this is always like in 95% of the cases...And it is very hard do diagnose a board without schematic/boarview and without phisicly being present.
