Lenovo Z500 LA-9063P noBacklight - No PWM voltage

Hello.
Have this Lenovo Z500 LA-9063P that have no Backlight. All voltages is ok but no PWM voltage. R431 have no voltage on botha sides. looks like PWM come right from EC. This means that EC is burned?

what a damn solution. enter bios and push button for add baklight and all work

system offcourse need that mighty registry change to have working backlight buttons on Z500

I have the same issue but entering the BIOS I cannot find any button to add back light..
Suddenly my Backlight power off and now I'm using an external display, sometimes on external monitor I can see some flickering or illumination changes...

By original keybard pressing F11 or F12 UI can see the illumination bar active, but nothing is changing. Max illumination = Zero illumination.
