Acer E5-575 no charging, new battery

Hello.
I have an Acer E5-575, motherboard DAZAAMB16E0 REV. E, from a client. He said that he changed the battery on the laptop.
After was discharged the battery could no longer be charged, so it was sent to the warranty where they sent it charged saying that there is no problem with it.
I checked the switch on the case and the reset switch, I tried with another power supply.
The orange LED lights up, and it shows that it is charging, in Windows, but in fact, it is not charging. If there is current in the battery, as it is now, the battery and the charger work together and separately, only the battery does not charge.
Any suggestions?

Locate the charger IC. Meter in dc volts mode (30v or higher scale is ok).

What is the top side marking of the charger IC.

Carefully measure the voltage to ground of each pin of the charger IC. Have both, the adapter and battery connected.

Post each measurement and the pin numbers.

Are you sure about ACN/ACP measurements? It should be 19V approx. Try with another multimeter or replace the battery of your multimeter. With such readings,every suggestion will be suspicious. Same for CMSRC/ACDRV

I replaced the BQ24780S chip and it works.
