Locate the charger IC.

Link or post the schematic.

Measure the voltage to ground of each pin of the charger IC.

Do also measure the voltage readings of each contact on the battery connector with the battery connected.

Post the measurements.

This is the battery connector and looks ok.

Locate the charger IC which will be nearby. Perhaps the BQ series by TI.

Post a picture to confirm. We need the voltage of each pin on the charger IC.

I missed the diode blade near the charging IC.
