Dell Latitude e7280 no display

Dell Latitude E7280
(Caz10 LA-E122p REV. 1.0)
No display, (when press power button 2 times orange, 5 times white blinks) lthen after few seconds shut-down, took about 500 mA, core coil and soc seems hot, lift one leg of core coil, inject appox. 1v, takes 170 mA on output side only,
Dramrst, pltrst, core, is generating, LPC communication & clocks ok.
Is it soc faulty or any other clue please.

It could be bios issue.

2 amber 5 white = Invalid memory installed, but still it could be bios issue as Mcplslg123 already told you.

Check with known good RAM for example
