Power probleem Compaq Presario CQ71

Hallo,
I got problem with power on this model van Compaq.
As i try to power it laptop light for 2 sec and goes out.
Please, if somebody has a power data sheet off this
model would help me a lot !

Ok, i got power again but fun does not work and i sea that chip ENE KB3926 QF D2
is getting very hot (normally not).
Please any suggestion why ?

Now i do loose power on laptop again !
Do you think this chip is trouble shooter ?

did you repair the notebook?
i got one the same that has the same problem 1sec then off
