ASUS F5Vl can not turn on

very strange ...first time i see this the power led lights up but nothing no fan spins no processing happens.i check with dc power supply it shows only 0.03a consumption of current. cpu also does't heat ................when i plug in battery it shows 0.13a current that means battery is charging and also red light lights up to show charging.....any help ...its asus f5vlseries with core 2 duo and ati graphic x2300 chip also

is 0.03A after pressing power or on stanby ?

on standby 0.03a and after pressing power the power led lights up but no consumption of current

first re-program bios if not ok, then check 3/5v standby if stable then you must change EC.

its a old bios chip where i can found the bios file for this model
