scroll down to GeForce Go 7 (Go 7xxx) Series and also GeForce 8M (8xxxM) Series - for the MCP77. They seem to be similar for ram etc.

it should fit. if i'm not mistaken, it is a hub with gpu. Not a vga chip only. But you should check from the schematic, it may require some modifications.
