hp 6930p backlight problem

hy guys
i got this laptop with no backlight but the problem is that near the connector something blow up or somebody did not know how to use a soldering iron.
the idea is that i don`t really know what happen and i just want to bypass it and give the screen light; no brightness adjust its required.
1.what the signification for that voltage supply.
2.what V is req to power up the leds? (if i want to jump with a wire and find it)
