Seem compatible with RT8207 family, just make sure the package TQFN3X3-20/WQFN-20L 3x3 or TQFN4X4-24/WQFN-24L 4x4

compare its both pin out with according datasheet each vendor

216-0774207 can replace 216-0771009, done just now on HP G62. It's a "newer" family too, likely based on the same architecture but it is seen as an upgrade - 6300 series vs 5400 series.

Can I replace 25Q80BV for example for 25Q64FV? First one is 8mbit, second 64mbit but otherwise should be the same.

No replace 25q80bv =1mb
25q64fv=8mb if u replace any 3v 1mb chip is working.if 8mb replace same 3v working all.8mb some chip 1.8v working.

you can replace hm70 with hm76 ,and vice verca, but keep in mind that hm70 supports only celeron and pentium cpu`s so if you have better cpu onboard it won`t work for it...

Correction, original chip was 216-0774009 not 216-0771009. Writing was rubbed off a little.
