216-0774207 can replace 216-0771009, done just now on HP G62. It's a "newer" family too, likely based on the same architecture but it is seen as an upgrade - 6300 series vs 5400 series.

you can replace hm70 with hm76 ,and vice verca, but keep in mind that hm70 supports only celeron and pentium cpu`s so if you have better cpu onboard it won`t work for it...
