HP Pavilion 15-dk1056wm previous liquid damaged.

Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop DK1056WM

Board has been thoroughly cleaned and worked for a while but now this.

when the power button is pressed, the fans spin for a few seconds then stop no boot or anything on screen.
I would like to note I've removed the ram and pressed the power button and it's completely the same with fans spin 2 seconds then nothing.

When power cord is plugged in and no battery installed the light on the jack lights until the battery is plugged in then it goes out.

So, regardless of what I do fans spin when power button is pressed for 2 seconds then stop and no boot.

Mention the mb markings.Link schematic ,if available on forum. No one can suggest anything based on symptoms.You need to describe what steps you took so far. We need measurements to suggest anything . Post the area where liquid was spilled.
