Acer e5-553 battery not detected error

Have laptop motherboard da0zabmb6e0 rev e showing battery not detected problem.while checking have
Pin 3 - 3v
Pin 4 - 3 v
Pin 5 without battery 3 v with battery connected 0v
Pin 6- 0.56v
Pin 7&8 - 8.44v

Have tried new battery and changed bq737
When BATT Detect SW is pressed pin5 voltage goes to 0v
Have traced pin 3 and pin 4 to the it8987e.

Confirm that the series resistors @ PR56 and PR57 are ok = ~ 100 ohms each.

Is the battery compatible with this unit? Have you tested with another known good battery?

01.Measure resistance between ACN/ACP & SRP/SRN pins (no power connected)
02.ACOK/ACDET/REGN voltage
03.Voltage on Source/Gate/Drain of dc-in fets.

pr56 and 56 are 100 ohms confirmed

resistance between acn and acp 0 ohms and srp an srn is 1.8 mega ohms
acok -0v,acdet is 2.8v, regn is 6v
voltage on dc in source 19.4v,gate 8.3v and drain 19v

Resistance between SRP/SRN should be few ohms and not mega ohms. This indicates problem. Check the resistor connected to SRN/SRP pins and match with schematic. The battery CLR is Ok or burnt? Meter in diode mode-check continuity between SRN/SRP pins of charger IC to Battery CLR.
