DELL 3576 weird issue

i have dell 15 3576 i7 8th comes with weird issue
the laptop each random period maybe after 1 or 2 weeks not power on unless remove the cmos battery and reset the bios
i try update the bios but the same issue
what is the reason ?
is something about RTC circuit ?
any idea before i start the diagnostic .

yes i did but same result .

for fast solution
i make a jumper between rtc rst signale and gnd with a button and if the problem appears again the owner of the laptop just press the button to clear cmos and reset bios
i hope this working .
